No cancellations will be accepted over the telephone/fax. Guests must present their original money receipt/voucher for cancellation.In case the due amount is not paid by the specified due date, Gajagamini Forest Resort reserves the right to cancel the tour.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
(i) 45 days before the date: 20% cancellation charge on the total booking value.
(ii) 30 days before the date: 30% cancellation charge on the total booking value.
(iii) 15 days before the date: 60% cancellation charge on the total booking value.
(iv) No refund for cancellations made within 7 days before the date of lodging.

(iii) 15 days before the date: 60% cancellation charge on the total booking value.
(iv) No refund for cancellations made within 7 days before the date of lodging.
Guests are urged to adhere to these terms to ensure a smooth cancellation process and avoid any inconvenience.
